The F&B and spa facilities are located in four interconnected buildings around the outside pool area, Buildings 3.7 – 3.11.

The property can be operated under 4* hotel standards and will comprise of 326 elegantly fitted-out units supported by a wide range of facilities. Alternatively, the property can be completed and operated as an aparthotel or a hybrid product of a 4* hotel with some 110 – 130 guestrooms, with the remaining units available for sale.
